The 2025 Easter Egg

Intricately designed and exquisitely crafted, the 2025 Easter Egg by Nicolas Rouzaud is a true work of haute patisserie. Made with 70% Valrhona dark chocolate and filled with almond and cacao nib praliné, it features delicate spirals that echo blossoming tree branches—a nod to London’s cherry blossoms and the fleeting beauty of spring.
