Mother's Day

Mother's Day

This Mother's Day, Nicolas Rouzaud honours the most important woman in your life with special creations across both his London addresses.

At The Connaught, indulge in an elegant coconut mousse Connaught Hound with raspberry insert and coconut dacquoise, or a rhubarb & strawberry tart for four, a centrepiece of poached rhubarb, strawberry confit and vanilla yogurt mousse.

At Le Café, a delicate Raspberry and Rhubarb Tart offers a lighter, equally heartfelt tribute.

Le Café celebrates Easter

Le Café celebrates Easter

At Le Café by Nicolas Rouzaud, Easter is gourmand by nature. This year's limited-edition egg reimagines the signature brioche à tête in glossy milk chocolate, with a melt-away heart of vanilla marshmallow, caramel and roasted hazelnuts. Nostalgic, indulgent and unmistakably French.

Available from March 16th to April 6th, at Le Café by Nicolas Rouzaud, £45

The 2026 Easter Egg

The 2026 Easter Egg

Inspired by the sun-drenched orchards of the South of France, Nicolas Rouzaud's 2026 Easter egg is a celebration of fruit at its most perfect. A rich dark chocolate shell blooms with hand-finished miniature fruits, each one hiding chocolate infused with the very fruit it represents, captured at peak season. An edible orchard to be picked, savoured and remembered.

Available from March 16th to April 6th at Nicolas Rouzaud at The Connaught, £65.
