Nicolas Rouzaud at The Connaught is a jewel in the heart of Mayfair nestled at the side of The Connaught, and on majestic Mount Street.

The Patisserie, designed by Ab Rogers Design, serves and sells delicious handmade delicacies to carry you through the day from the first morning croissant, to an afternoon patisserie with champagne, and beautifully boxed celebratory cakes to pick up on the way home for a special post-supper treat. Our cakes and pastries are crafted by Pastry Chef Nicolas Rouzaud and his team of patissiers.

Pastry shop opening of the year

Le Café by Nicolas Rouzaud has been named Pastry & Bakery Opening of the Year at the 2026 La Liste Pastry & Bakery Special Awards. One of the most respected international recognitions in pastry, the award celebrates newcomers who bring something genuinely distinguished to the global scene, in product, concept and craft. A significant honour for Le Café's first season at Burlington Arcade.

Brunch at Le Café

Brunch now takes centre stage at Le Café by Nicolas Rouzaud in Burlington Arcade, served daily from 9am to 4pm.

Expect homemade granola with Greek yoghurt and berries, French toast with vanilla whipped cream, vanilla chia pudding, avocado toast with poached egg and ricotta, and Nicolas's signature My Father's Brioche, each dish crafted with the gourmand care that defines the café.

Bringing his signature twist to a true classic, Nicolas Rouzaud has unveiled his latest creation. The Trio au Chocolat has been meticulously crafted to a secret recipe, with three striking stripes that nod to the dark, white and gianduja Valrhona chocolate nestled inside.
